PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW

Advantage of the TT3500-S-Push:

  • The TT3500-S-Push is an electric tug that generates traction by using its own weight. Unlike the TT3500-S, which pulls heavy loads, this version pushes heavy loads on wheels. This electric tug is typically used in situations where carts already have a hook or folding hook, but the TT3500-S-Push can also be upgraded with a lifting module. This makes the tug suitable even for carts without a hook. This machine is used in data centers as a server rack tug for crating and uncrating server racks for transport. Thanks to the electric hook that firmly clamps onto the base of the server rack, it has a secure grip and can safely push the rack on its own wheels into the crates and remove it from the crates again.

FAQs

The TT3500-S-Push is designed to push heavy loads rather than pull them. It is ideal for applications where pushing carts or racks on wheels is required.

The electric tug generates traction through its own weight, ensuring stable, controlled, and efficient movement of heavy loads.

Yes. While it is commonly used with carts equipped with a hook or folding hook, the TT3500-S-Push can be fitted with an optional lifting module, making it suitable for carts without a hook.

The tug is widely used as a server rack tug in data centers. Its electric hook securely clamps onto the base of server racks, allowing safe pushing of racks into crates and removal from crates during transport operations.

By providing a firm grip and controlled movement, the TT3500-S-Push reduces the risk of tipping, damage, and operator strain, ensuring safer handling of heavy loads and server racks.
