Manually loaded, the fruit is cored and peeled at adjustable speeds using an electric panel with dual inverters—one for fruit rotation and one for blade speed. The PL2D and PL4D models include a conveyor belt for both product and waste, an inspection table for top & tail cutting, and waste slides for streamlined processing.
