PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW
Advantage of the Axial Bearing Adjustable by OILAMID INSERT:
- Axial clearance is adjusted using a durable OILAMID insert, allowing controlled and precise positioning.
- The OILAMID material provides excellent wear resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
- Reduces friction between the axial roller and guide profile for smoother operation.
- Compensates for installation tolerances while maintaining consistent contact pressure.
- Offers low maintenance performance due to the self-lubricating properties of OILAMID.
- Minimizes vibration and noise in linear motion systems.
- Improves overall system reliability in demanding industrial environments.
- Suitable for applications requiring stable, wear-resistant axial adjustment with long service life.

FAQs
WINKEL Type P bearings are made of OILAMID, a self-lubricating material that ensures smooth operation and long service life without additional lubrication.
Shims are used to adjust the axial clearance between the bearing and profile, allowing precise positioning and smoother rolling performance.
The maximum adjustment range for dimension (H and h) is +2 mm, achieved by adding the appropriate number of shims.
The OILAMID version is available only for bearing type 4.052 P, designed for low-maintenance and dry-running applications.
2D and 3D CAD models for all WINKEL Bearing Type P versions can be downloaded at www.winkel.de in the CAD download section.
