PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW
Advantage of the AA2500-S-Flexible:
- Where the AGVs AA-S-Guided follow an optical line completely autonomously, our AMRs AA-S-Flexible, without human intervention, navigate completely autonomously by scanning and recognizing their surroundings. The AA2500-S-Flexible does this using advanced laser-guided localization and mapping (SLAM). Using BlueBotics (ANT) modules and software packages, this AMR can map its environment, plan its preferred route and then freely navigate through its virtually programmed environment. Multiple routes with multiple AMRs can be planned in detail in this advanced software package. Additional functionalities such as charging, parking and loading and unloading actions can be integrated into the routes.

FAQs
AA-S-Guided AGVs follow a predefined optical line on the floor to navigate autonomously. In contrast, AA-S-Flexible AMRs navigate without any physical guidance, using sensors and laser scanning to recognize and adapt to their surroundings in real time.
The AA2500-S-Flexible uses advanced laser-guided localization and mapping (SLAM) technology. This allows the AMR to scan its environment, create a digital map, determine its position, and navigate freely without human intervention.
The BlueBotics (ANT) modules and software enable the AMR to:
Map the operating environment
Plan optimal routes
Navigate accurately and safely
Manage multiple routes and missions
This advanced software ensures smooth and reliable autonomous operation.
Yes. The software allows multiple AMRs to operate simultaneously, with multiple routes planned in detail. The system manages traffic, route priorities, and coordination to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Yes. Routes are virtually programmed, making them easy to modify or optimize without physical changes to the floor or infrastructure. This provides high flexibility for layout changes.
